If you are going to download my graphics, you must follow my terms of use. By downloading and using them, you are agreeing to my terms. Here they are:
1.) Don't take credit for my work.
2.) You must place a link to my site on EVERY page where my graphics are to be used, using the logo provided or a text link. A credit page is not acceptable.
3.) These graphics are for use on personal and non-commercial web pages only. If you make any money (this includes bartering) from the creation of the web page, you may NOT use my graphics. If you wish to use my graphics on a commercial site, please email me first and we can work something out.
4.) DO NOT link directly to my graphics. This is bandwidth theft and it is ILLEGAL. If I decide to move or rename my graphics and you have linked directly to them, your site will be full of broken images. Download them to your hard drive then upload them to your server. The files really aren't that big in size.
5.) Do not change my graphics in any way aside from adding text to blank buttons. I made them the way they are and I want them to stay that way.
6.) Do not use my graphics in any collections on the web or on any media (this includes floppies and CDs) without my prior permission IN WRITING.
7.) You may not download the graphics which I have used on this site. You may use any of the logos, though.
8.) Finally, enjoy! I have put hours of work into creating these graphics. If there's something in particular that you want (color, font, etc.) please email me and I will try to make it for you.
Thank you for using my graphics and please email me with your URL so I can see how my graphics are being used, and I would love to sign your guestbook. I have a links page here with the URLs to pages that contain my graphics, so please send me your URL.
